30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange (less shipping) within 30 days. Custom items and rings that have been re-sized are not returnable. All items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging to qualify for the 30-day refund or exchange. For your protection please insure the item for the full amount of the invoice including any shipping charges. We recommend USPS priority mail. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from receipt of return.
Returns received on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

1.  We must receive your item within 30 days of the date you placed the order. Returns received after 30 days will be returned to the buyer or subject to a 15% service charge. If free shipping was originally used, our actual cost of shipping will be deducted (typically $8.00). Orders over $500 will be charged a 3% restocking fee.
2.  Please email and explain the reason for the return and for a return authorization.
3.  Quickly ship the item back to us as soon as you receive authorization for a return.
4.  All items must be returned unused in their original condition and in original packaging.
5.  The item or items cannot be used, customized, altered, damage or sized. Rings that have been sized by you or us cannot be returned.
6.  Please include all packing documents and or invoice.
7.  Please pack your items adequately and insure for the full amount. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
